To be able to place an order online you are required to create an account and register with. Alternatively you can checkout as a guest.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay online for the orders you placed using the following payment options. We accept


  • • Credit/Debit Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Network) - powered by World Pay.
  • • Paypal
  • • Amazon Pay
Has my order gone through?

If you have placed an order online we will send you a confirmation email acknowledging the order This will include all of the products you purchased. However, you will only receive this email if you have provided us with a valid email address.

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders placed before 3.00pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched (excluding UK Bank Holidays.) All orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day unless otherwise stated.

When will I receive my order?

We offer a range of delivery options to your’ needs. We offer Royal Mail 1st class, signed for, Special Delivery services. We also offer delivery via DPD. Please refer to Shipping & Delivery for further details.

I have not received my order yet, what do I do?

The email we send you once the order is dispatched will have expected delivery dates. If you have not received the order even after this date please contact us and we will deal with this asap. We have seen instances where parcels can go missing which is out of our control! But we will do our best to rectify this, please contact us.

I have received the wrong item, what do I do?

Our intention at all times is to get you the correct order swiftly. But in rear occasion human errors might lead to wrong item being sent. If you believe that you have received wrong item, please contact us immediately we will guide you of how you could return to us the wrong item and whilst issuing a replacement.

The item I received is damaged/faulty, what do I do?

We take utmost care in packing your order. Furthermore each and every product is tested by our QCs before it gets packed. Despite our best efforts what happened to a parcel after it leaves us is out of our control. If you receive a package that looks severely damaged, you can refuse the package. If your item is delivered to you broken or faulty you have the right to either exchange, or refund the item within 30 days of delivery. Please inform us within 48 hours. Please follow our normal returns procedure for a refund or exchange. Returns should be clearly marked as “Returning Faulty Items” on the parcel/package.

Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel the order you placed with us within 14 days of placing an order. If you be really quick to inform us we might be able to cancel the order without sending the items out. If the order has left us we are unable to cancel the order, where you will have to return the pack unused. Please follow the return procedure. In the event of a cancellation your funds will be refunded within 7 days

How can I return any unwanted goods

You can return an unwanted item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less any postage. Please go to return procedure.

Items USED, INSTALLED or DAMAGED DURING INSTALLATION will not be exchanged or refunded at any time.
