You can purchase your items online and we will ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the market to make sure your order gets to you on time.
- Orders placed before 4.00pm Monday-Friday (except UK public holidays) are usually dispatched on the same day subject to stock availability.

Following your purchase online, we will send you an email confirmation to acknowledge your order and again when your goods have been dispatched containing your tracking information if available. The email address used, will be the one you provided at the point of purchase.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time you must contact our Customer Service team of the delay/loss. We will investigate and advise you accordingly. Where a re-delivery of the order is requested, this will only be done after the 15 (30 outside EU) working days maximum delivery time has passed.
