These terms and conditions apply to all users of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you conform your agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions detailed below.

1.2 All orders you place on this website are subject to these terms and conditions. if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact us before placing an order using the details stated above.
2. Order process
2.1 Products displayed on our website is an invitation to buy and not an offer to sell you the products
2.2 An offer is made by you once you have placed an order with us
2.3 We will send you a confirmation email acknowledging the order subject you entering the correct email address. Please note that this email is not an order acceptance/confirmation.
2.4 We will take money from your selected method of payment. Products are subject to availability. On rare occasions for some reason if the prices displayed are incorrect or the products are no longer available we will contact you immediately to rectify the matter with you. If the price is higher you may decide whether to order the product at the right price or to cancel the order. If for some reason the products you ordered are out of stock we will contact you with estimated delivery times at which point you may decide to wait longer or cancel the order.
2.5 Unless you have cancelled the order or we have notified you that we have not accepted your order, we will dispatch your order from the warehouse to be delivered to the address specified by you whilst placing the order. At which point we have accepted your order and a contract is formed between you and us. Contract is not created between you and us until this point even though we have taken money or sent acknowledgement email.
3.1 All Accepted payment methods will be specified when checkout.
3.2 You will be charged the current price for buying products from our website at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website and are in UK Pounds and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate. please also note that we may change the price of a product at any time before the order is placed. Total prices for the items at the checkout represent the total price payable by the customer for those items including delivery charges. All orders delivered to the EU will be subject to UK VAT (or VAT equivalent) at the current rate. Price of an item is the same for deliveries outside the EU, where VAT (or VAT equivalent) may not be applicable, customers are not entitled to any discount or refund to account for the differences in tax treatment and will pay the same price for the item as a customer placing an order for delivery to the EU.
3.3 You will be required to pay in full at checkout

3.5 We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but on very rare occasion an error may occur. If this is the case, we will correct the price and contact you to confirm whether you still wish to proceed with the purchase at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.

4. Delivery & Delivery Charges
4.1 We deliver our products throughout the world unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Ordered placed and paid in full before 4.00pm on Monday to Friday will generally be dispatched on the same day subject to availability of stock and an email will be sent to confirm the dispatch of your order containing the tracking number in most occasions.
4.3 All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. Any applicable fees, duties and taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance will be payable by you. Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country to which the products are to be delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure the importation of the products you order is permitted in the country you specify for delivery. This may cause delay in delivery to you for which we do not accept any responsibility.
4.4 Delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at the checkout. Please view delivery information for more details.
4.5 Orders may require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature is the proof that the delivery has been received at your nominated address. If no one is available to receive the items a card will be left with instruction on how to collect the package.
4.6 Delivery charges will not be refunded if items are returned back to us failing to deliver. We may charge an extra cost to redeliver the item to you.
4.7 If you have not received your order within 14 working days (UK) or 30 working days (EU and rest of the world) of despatch please Contact us immediately. We will then investigate with our delivery partners and inform you accordingly. Should you wish the items to be re delivered this will only be dispatched once the maximum delivery days stated above have passed. Similarly a refund will only be issued once the maximum delivery days have passed.
4.8 If the products are damaged in transit please contact us immediately with evidence no late than 14 days. If you have not contacted us within this period we do not accept any responsibility and will not be issuing a refund or a replacement.
4.9 We have no liability to you in respect of any delay failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control such as strikes, transport problems, adverse weather conditions, war, riots, malicious damage of suppliers. In such occasion we endeavour to put things right as soon as possible.
5.1 As per The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your contract with us the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
5.2 We are unable to cancel any Next Day Home delivery once they have passed through our payment system. To cancel please either refuse delivery or return via one of our return options.
5.3 You have to contact us via phone or email request cancelation.
5.4 if you have contacted us to cancel before delivery of your products, though your order will have been cancelled, normally delivery cannot be interrupted (except possibly if cancellation takes place within 30 minutes of order). Please refuse any delivery of cancelled products or return them to us.

6. Return Policy - Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We are committed to sell the best quality & genuine products at all times, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.
6.1 Should you wish to return an item(s) purchased we offer a full refund (including standard postage charges) within 30 days of delivery or collection. Please not that if you have paid extra charges for enhanced services i.e. next day delivery etch this cost will not be refunded.
6.2 To qualify for a refund/replacement you must follow our return procedure.
6.3 Return Procedure
6.3.1 Should you wish to return an item you must Contact us by email, post or by using the contact form. We will then send you a Return Transaction ID (RTI). Do not return items until you have heard back from us with a RTI. Any returns sent without a RTI will be retained for 30 days until a RTI is received.
6.3.2 item must be not be used / not installed and should be in its brand new condition, item must be in its original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Memory cards and any other Blister Pack items are not returnable once opened.
6.3.3 Items USED, INSTALLED or DAMAGED DURING INSTALLATION will not be exchanged or refunded at any time.
6.3.4 All items that are returned must be securely packed and posted back to us. Please also write the RTI on the top left hand corner of the outer package. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
6.3.5 You must bear the cost of return postage. We advise that you use Royal Mail special/recorded delivery for returning your items. We do not take responsibility for items lost/damaged in post.
6.3.6 Replacement/exchange items will be processed as swiftly as possible.
6.3.7 Your refund will automatically be processed once the returned order has been received back at our warehouse. It can then take up to 14 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays) to refund the money back to you. Please note that we will process the refund only in to the original payment method you used to purchase the product. Please retain your proof of postage until you have received your refund.
6.3.8 To arrange an exchange please contact our customer service team before posting your return.
6.3.9 Business customers, or customers exempt from The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 must not cancel an order without our mutual agreement.
6.3.10 This return policy does not in any way affect your legal rights.
7. Missing, broken or Faulty deliveries
We always sell best quality products and each product is tested and approved by our QC prior to delivery. But we know by experience that occasionally an item may be faulty or broken or can go missing while delivery.
7.1 If your item is delivered to you broken or faulty you have the right to either exchange, or refund the item within 30 days of delivery or collection. Please follow our normal returns procedure for a refund or exchange. Returns should be clearly marked as “Returning Faulty Items” on the parcel/package.
7.2 If your item is missing or delivery is late you may track your order using the tracking number provided, if there is one. Alternatively for more information on delivery times please go to delivery information.
8.1 The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK and EU legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the EU.
8.2 We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses. You should therefore not book installation of the goods until you have received them and inspected them.
8.3 You must take due care whilst installing the items. Please always follow manufacturer’s instructions or seek professional support!
8.4 We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
- use of, or inability to use, our site; or
- use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site.
8.5 If you are a business user, please note that we will not be liable for:
- loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue
- business interruption
- loss of anticipated savings
- loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation
- any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
9.1 All of our products come with a warranty. Warranty period is stated on each product’s description.
9.2 Warranty period starts on the day the products are delivered to you.
9.3 All warranties offered unless otherwise stated, are warranted by ITECHZONE LIMITED. When returning items under warranty (after the initial 30 days), you are responsible for the cost of returning the products and should ensure the items are received in reasonable condition.
9.4 Once we receive the product, we will carry out any necessary testing and checks and will replace the product. In the event that the product has been discontinued or no longer available, we will offer a suitable replacement or refund.
9.5 Our warranty does not cover damage to the part caused by fitting or removal of the part. If a part is returned to us with damage, this will unfortunately not be covered under warranty.
9.6 Where a product develops a fault, a repair or replacement will be offered, as long as the item is within its manufacture warranty timescale.
9.7 Where a product develops a fault outside its manufacture warranty timescale, we will try to help by offering a chargeable repair if possible, or if not possible you would need to purchase the replacement item at the current value.
Attempts to acquire products by fraudulent means are not accepted by us at any instance. Any fraudulent actions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
11.1 All trademarks including product names, logos, commercial symbols, trade names and slogans are trademarks of those respective or related companies, and are protected by international trademark laws, and they are used here for information purpose only.
11.2 Please be aware that using third party products to on your devise may invalidate the manufacturer's Warranty. Itechzone Limited is not responsible for any damage caused to your phone.
11.3 Itechzone Limited is not responsible for any law infringements made by its customers.
11.4 Any work carried out by third party service software is done at your own risk. Itechzone Limited. is in no way responsible for damage caused by using third party software solutions.
